A Texas native that grew up in a small, rural town who loved being outside, creating and growing things. As a child, I always looked to the stars and felt a deep connection with the Earth and the Moon. I saw beauty all around me and I always wanted to help others see the beauty within themselves.
Sophias Garden birthed from my healing journey and reconnection with Mother Earth. As I created my flower garden, began growing food and embodied my sacred rhythm in harmony with Divine Mother, my inner child healed, my nervous system regulated, and my abundance flowed. I was no longer dimming my light, shrinking myself, hiding or feeling like the victim of my life’s circumstances. And now, with the wisdom I have gained, my intention within the sacred, safe space of Sophias Garden is to share with you all that I have learned in hopes that you will return to love.
