Sophias Garden birthed from a decision I made to create a garden to beautify my home. Little did I know, my garden would guide my journey of healing, provide food to nourish my body, herbs to nurture and elevate my self care as well as peace. Being a gardener reconnected me with Mother Earth. She is my teacher. And, all offerings found within Sophias Garden are fueled by my desire to heal Mother Earth, save the children of Earth and assist the collective for the highest good of all.
