I believe life is a beautiful collection of experiences with lessons all for the purpose of Soul growth and expansion into greater levels of love, health and abundance. Yet, through life we have acquired bumps, bruises and parasites that has lowered our frequency, clouded our minds and created the environment of disharmony in the body which allows for dis-ease to exist. You are a garden! And, as with any garden, when your seeds are planted in fertile soil and the plants are tended to properly, your harvest is abundant!
