And when you prune your energy of all the lower vibrational energy that is not yours, you embody your true identity, your divine partner finds you, you have clarity and opportunities easily find you as your life naturally evolves into your dream life.

In Sophias Garden, we combine self care, inner work and entity removal techniques that creates the proper environment for the body to self heal. Healing your energy body is what creates the proper ecosystem within your body for health, clarity and abundance.
When you clear your energy, everything gets infinitely better. Why? Because the blockages are removed which just like when a dam is removed the water can flow once more, so too can your energy do the same… flow. The dams within your energy body is why you are over-function and struggle to regulate. Your energy is meant to flow freely, be light and high in vibration. Confusion, feeling stuck, lacking motivation, lack of creativity, dis-ease or disease, and financial stress are just a few signals the body gives us to alert us that something is there that shouldn’t be.
