Your sacred temple is home to your spiritual ecosystem that requires balance, safety, peace and flow in order to elevate into higher versions of you. Yet, due to traumatic, painful past experiences, the body has developed coping mechanisms in the form of protection and stored trauma that’s the source of dis-ease. The mind then creates limiting beliefs that are on repeat which leads to patterns of self sabotage. In order for our Spirit to thrive, it is essential to restore safety within the body, calm & clear the mind and release the energy of trauma in the body. Doing so creates the proper environment for optimal healing, growth and vitality. This is how you embody the higher version of you who lives your dream life. That’s the work we do in 1:1 Sessions.
My Philosophy
Everything is healable! God, our Creator can heal anything. So when you co-create your healing with the Divine, there is no thing that can keep you from what you are divinely meant to have or experience.
You are whole, sovereign & Divinely powerful. I believe free willed expression is one of the most beautiful gifts. Choosing your Soul aligned path is what leads to positive shifts in your life and positive impact for the collective because you are living your purpose.
Do everything in pure love! I believe you always do right by others and if you make a mistake, own up to it. Apologize and move forward once more in love. I have learned that your intention matters and always shows in how you bounce back from a misstep. If you treat yourself and others with love, honor & respect, you cannot go wrong.
You choose the type of life you live. I believe life is meant to be good, abundant, & pleasurable, if you choose it. You are the architect!

For over 20 years, I have consulted, coached and guided people to get clear on their goals, create an achievable plan, and remove the energetic blockages preventing their success. The above client examples are just a few of the thousands of people I assisted through 1:1 sessions, workshops and classes.
What I have learned over the years is that it is usually an energetic block found within your body connected to a limiting belief that is between you and your goals. Once we find the source of the blockage and address that, things begin to line up and the goal is sure to be reached. All is takes is belief and the decision to take aligned action.
My Deeper Why
Over the years, I worked myself into exhaustion and burnt out. Searching for peace, balance & calm, I found myself in the garden and a reconnection with Mother Earth. As I communed with God in my garden, I began to see how Divine Mother was healing me, teaching me and guiding me in the right way to. I began growing flowers, herbs and food. Harmony restored in my body as I began living intentionally and working within my natural rhythm. I remembered the beautiful garden that I am! With Mother Earth as my teacher and the Moon as my guide, I began implementing garden wisdom and principles into my self healing journey and my work.
My life today is a beautiful collection of experiences that has empowered me, strengthened me and activated my heart with even greater purpose. I love seeing people achieve what they lacked belief in was possible. I am honored and grateful for every heart that has found me, entrusted me with their deepest desires and allowed me to hold the space for their growth. And, I am just beginning. I am on a mission to assist thousands more with remembering their sacredness, divine power and embodying higher versions of themselves.
