Life began in the Garden of Eden and within you is a living spiritual garden ecosystem that is wise, self healing and rooted in purpose.
Your spiritual garden, your body holds all the knowledge, wisdom, and experience of you. Yet, due to past experiences of pain, the body has developed coping mechanisms in the form of protection and stored trauma that’s the source of sabotage.
Restoring safety within the body, calming the mind and releasing the energy of trauma places the body in the proper environment for optimal growth and vitality. Upon the body being in balance & at a peaceful state in the frequency of love, real transformation at a cellular level can take place.

Our Story
Sophias Garden began as a desire to share my plant powered handmade soaps, body butter and rose infused bath salts. Roses where the first flowers I planted in my garden and immediately began teaching me about caring for my mind, body & Soul. As I grew in personal empowerment, harmony within, peace and self love, I began offering self love boxes and our customer favorite… sun kissed, our turmeric soap found in our handmade studio.
Little did I know at the time just how magical, revealing and grounded in my purpose I would become Mother Earth is my greatest teacher, and the Moon is my guide lighting the path so that I may see. Both together lovingly guides me, ensuring that I embody the highest version of love, my Higher Self! Together, they me to be the alchemist that I am, always reminding me that my love is more powerful than any fear.
