Spiritual Garden… the Garden of Your Soul
Sophias Garden birthed from my love of beauty, nature and organic ingredients. I believe in having a beautiful garden with plants that are not only have beautiful blooms but are also nourishing and healing to the body, mind and soul.
In the garden I found self love, inner peace and healing and so can You!!
Gardening brought me back to myself! In planting the first seed and creating a flower garden, little did I know that I would embark on the most transformative journey of my life. Initially I thought I was creating a garden to beautify my home but soon I realized that I was creating a spiritual garden and tending to my soul. I soon discovered that my heart was my spiritual garden… the garden of my Soul. As I nourished and nurtured my flower garden, so too was I nourishing and nurturing my spiritual garden. I developed a beautiful relationship with Mother Nature, truly communing with GodSource. With every day I spent in my flower garden, I began to relax and calm down my overactive nervous system.
I found inner peace.
I began to notice the care I was giving my flower garden was also the care I was giving to my spiritual garden, my Soul.
I found healing.
As I planted beautiful flowers I attracted butterflies and bees which helped all of my plants thrive and grow. With the abundance of roses I grow, I began making handmade soaps and botanical bath products to elevate my bath time.
I found self love.
Within the Garden Mentoring, you too will find self love, inner peace and healing!
Reconnecting with the gardener that I AM, is the most beautiful, rewarding, and loving journey that I have ever taken. Listening to the wisdom of Mother Earth and living within harmony with her teachings I have found the self love, inner peace, and healing I longed for and now have!
Within my garden, I also found creativity, grace, flow, freedom, beauty in the littlest things, joy and abundance. As I nurtured my blooms, I found beautiful ways to enjoy my flowers, learned to create nourishing, cleansing handmade soaps and created beautiful bath experiences that aided my healing further. And now, within the Soap Club, you too can enjoy some of my creations.
It is my greatest joy to guide others on their path to healing themselves! Creation on Earth began in the Garden, the Garden of Eden! Can you imagine the beauty of the flowers, trees and plants of all kinds within the Garden of Eden? Just as the Garden of Eden is an abundant, lush and beautiful garden so too is your garden, your heart. It just needs a little pruning so the beauty of your heart and Soul can once more shine bright, be seen and felt by all!
